日高醤游王国見学

3月28日(火)に醤游王国に見学に行きました

大豆を蒸す。小麦を炒る工程。

仕込み　麹と塩水を混ぜて木樽に仕込み、もろみを作ります。一年間ねかせます。

木桶で仕込んだもろみのしぼりを体験しました。

醤油の香りがいいにおいでした

　3月も最終日。この度、約2年間過ごしたすみれから、飯能の「地域活動支援センター　希望」に異動することになりました。
　出会ったメンバーのみんなの卒業を、本当に本当に見届けたかったのに叶わず残念でなりません。これからも、すみれに、すみれのメンバー一人一人に、そしてスタッフの方々にささやかな幸せが、いい出会いがたくさんありますように。関係機関の方々にも本当にお世話になりました。日高で仕事をさせていただいたことに心より感謝致します。
　すみれは、最近20代のメンバーが増えてきました。どの年代の方も、「かけがえのない今」を生きているのだと思いますが、特に若い方々とすみれでお付き合いさせていただくことができたことは私にとって宝物です。悩むことも苦しいときもあるけれど、人生まだまだこれから。きっと人それぞれ歩む道があり、きれいな花も咲いている。それを心から祈っています。また、一緒に笑おう！またお会いしましょう。お会いできてよかったです。ありがとう。ありがとう！
